All payments made to Titan DayZ are classified as Voluntary Contributions or Donations. These contributions are intended to support the operational costs of the Titan DayZ community, including but not limited to:

• Game server hosting and maintenance
• Community development and infrastructure
• Administrative and operational expenses
• Community events and initiatives

Important: These contributions are provided without any expectation of a competitive advantage, commercial gain, or gameplay-altering benefits. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that you are supporting the community voluntarily and that any associated perks or benefits are provided at the discretion of Titan DayZ administrators.

All contributions are Final and Non-Refundable.

By completing a contribution to Titan DayZ, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

• All contributions are considered final at the time of payment processing.
• Titan DayZ provides digital services that are accessible immediately upon contribution (e.g., Discord roles, priority queue access, cosmetic badges).
• You hereby waive your 14-day "right of withdrawal" or "cooling-off period" as defined in consumer protection legislation.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction
  • Account bans or suspensions
  • Server downtime or technical issues
  • Removal of perks or benefits
  • Discontinuation of services

This policy is in place because digital services are consumed immediately and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. By proceeding with a contribution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.

Titan DayZ operates under a strict "No-Pay-to-Win" philosophy. This means:

All players, regardless of contribution status, have equal access to gameplay mechanics, loot, and competitive opportunities. Contributions support the community but do not provide any in-game advantages.

Behavioral Compliance

Contributing to the server does not exempt you from server rules or community guidelines.

All players, including contributors, are expected to adhere to the Titan DayZ server rules and community standards. Violations may result in:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Removal of Discord roles and privileges
• Revocation of priority queue access
• Ban from all Titan DayZ servers

Forfeiture of Benefits

If a user is banned or suspended for any of the following reasons, they forfeit all perks and benefits associated with their contribution:

• Cheating: Use of hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Toxicity: Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
• Rule Violations: Breaking server rules or community guidelines
• Exploitation: Abusing game mechanics or server systems

No refunds will be issued for forfeited benefits. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that maintaining good standing in the community is your responsibility, and violations may result in the loss of all associated perks without compensation.
